Roxanne Shoenfelt, MSLOD, ACC is a Senior Organizational Development & Training Consultant at Tampa General Hospital.
Roxanne earned her Master of Science degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Texas – Dallas and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management with a concentration in Training & Development at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. She is a partner with the Predictive Index, a certified DiSC facilitator, and a certified educator of the Delta Leadership Six Domains of Leadership Program through Duke University.
Roxanne has worked with leaders in a variety of fields and industries including, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, architecture, and retail sales. With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in the development and implementation of strategic programs including, leadership development, management coaching and mentoring, succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention, and project and performance management. Her passion is helping others achieve their fullest potential.
During her free time, Roxanne enjoys going to the beach, sailing with her family in New England, salsa dancing, and spending time with her daughter, Tayler.
