Janet Krawczyk, MA Psy, SHRM-SCP is the Manager of Organizational Development at Tampa General Hospital. With over 26 years of experience in the field of learning and development, Janet is passionate about working with all levels of an organization to maximize team member and leadership engagement and operational excellence.
During her three years at Tampa General, Janet completed several specialty leadership certification programs, including LEAD TGH (Leadership Engagement And Development) where Janet was invited to sit on the Advisory Committee for the program. Janet holds certifications in DiSC, Crucial Conversations, FranklinCovey, and the Predictive Index analytics, among others. Her next goal is to complete a coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Janet earned her Master of Arts degree in Psychology at Florida Atlantic University, her Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Psychology at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and holds a Senior Human Resources Professional certification through the Society for Human Resources Management.
In her spare time, Janet enjoys traveling in Europe, reading, and volunteering for the Friends of Joshua House Foundation (an organization which provides therapy, housing, and support for abused, abandoned, and neglected children in Hillsborough County). Janet is married with one son who is currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering with a special emphasis on Sustainable Design.
